Juicing is a great way to turbo-charge your body with vitamins and minerals from a variety of produce. Most of us keep buying the same kind of produce weekly because we have developed a taste for it and find it difficult to try new vegetables..I personally love drinking carrot juice but do not like the taste of carrots, so juicing was my best option to get all the nutrients in .
Spinach is another of my favorite green leafy vegetable to juice ..and this recipe has 80% spinach 15% apples 5% is ginger and lemon.

Juicing has become my muscle recovery prescription and research states it can add muscle if you do weight training/strength training/resistance training exercises and I am super pumped up for that !

My recommendation is to not buy bottled juices…you may be wondering why not?
Bottled juices are pasteurized, they are heated, processed and that obviously kills all vitamins and minerals.
Make sure you are not juicing only fruits because fruit juice tends to spike up the insulin levels when consumed. I normally juice a mix of raw vegetables with some fruits.
